Who we work with
WHO WE work with.
We design websites for businesses of every kind, and each arrives with a different job for its website. Start with the business or the situation closest to yours.
By situation
YOUR
situation.
Pages written around the moment a business needs a new site. The drawings on these cards are illustrations of the kind of site each page describes, with invented names; they are not client projects.
Websites for commercial landlords
A company site for the ownership group and a site for each property, with your brokers kept as the leasing contact.
02A website for your property
A website you own for a property with space to lease, with a QR code on the sign, a flyer that matches the site, and inquiries that reach you or your broker.
03A website before the groundbreaking
A project name, brand and website before construction starts, with pre-leasing, renderings, updates for neighbors and pages for lenders and partners.
04Brand and website for a new firm
Name, logo, website and pitch materials for new and breakaway commercial real estate firms, with search visibility carried over after a rebrand.
05Relaunch after an acquisition
A new brand, a new website, an updated tenant roster and site plan, leasing materials and the old site redirected.
06Local business web design
Clear, fast websites for Orange County businesses that want more calls and inquiries, with service pages, Google Business Profile, reviews and website care.
07Raising capital, online
The team and track record in public, gated 506(b) offering pages, and a 506(c) verification path, built to counsel’s rules.
08Before opening day
A coming-soon page that collects sign-ups, a Google profile that appears 90 days ahead, matching signs and QR codes, and hiring.

Client words
IN THEIR
words.
We own ten homes at Casa De Laguna and were still sending people to a site built in 2013. Noah pulled the photos and details out of the old site, designed a logo from the rooflines and the pond, and put the community, the homes and current availability in one place. It’s the first time the website has looked like the place we actually rent.
“Highly recommend. Great work.”
Process
HOW A PROJECT
works.
One person runs your project from the first call to launch, and you approve each stage before the next one starts.
- 01
Talk it through
What the business does, who the website is for, and the material you already have.
- 02
Proposal
Pages, content, schedule, and price, set out in writing before any work begins.
- 03
Design and build
You review the design and then the working site, with two rounds of revisions.
- 04
Launch and care
We check every page and form at launch, then look after the site if you choose a care plan.
How much does a website cost?
We quote each project after a short conversation, once we know the pages, content, and features it needs. Your proposal lists the deliverables, schedule, and price, and we agree on it before any work begins.
How long does a website take?
Most websites take two to four weeks once the content is ready. The proposal confirms the schedule.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
Any business that needs a website that looks right and brings in inquiries: local businesses, restaurants, professional firms, contractors, real estate companies, and software products such as My Friendly Staff, CRE Redline, and DrivewAI.
Do you work with clients outside Orange County?
Yes. Our clients so far are in Southern California, and we can work remotely with businesses in other states by video call, phone, and email. Our city guides cover local market data and state website rules for major US metros.
Who will I work with?
Noah, the founder, handles your project directly, from the first conversation through design, review, and launch.
Can you write the content?
Yes. You can supply your own text, or we write it from a conversation and your existing material. Writing is scoped in the proposal.
Will a redesign hurt our search visibility?
A redesign includes moving your existing content and redirecting each old address to its new page, so search engines and bookmarks follow the change.
What happens after launch?
Website care covers hosting, software and security updates, and up to an hour of changes each month, with no long-term contract. Larger changes are quoted before we start.
Can our domain and email stay where they are?
Yes. We can point your domain at the new website without moving your email. If you would like us to manage the domain, we set it up with your business as the owner.
