Strategy and criteria
The site describes property types, markets, hold periods and the firm’s role in each deal, for investors and for the brokers who bring acquisitions.
Services / Investment firms
Endcap designs websites for real estate private equity firms, funds and syndicators. The site presents the firm, its strategy and its track record to investors, brokers and lenders, and it links to the investor portal you already use. Anything that touches an offering follows the approach your securities counsel sets, and counsel approves the language before launch.
What’s included
Every site is designed and built by Endcap, with the pages, forms, and integrations agreed in your proposal.
The site describes property types, markets, hold periods and the firm’s role in each deal, for investors and for the brokers who bring acquisitions.
Realized and current investments are presented with consistent dates, definitions and notes, using only the figures and format your counsel has approved.
A clear sign-in link goes to Juniper Square, AppFolio Investment Manager or the platform you use, so investors reach documents and distributions in your existing system.
Where counsel calls for it, visitors confirm their status before they see offering information, using wording counsel provides. Verification under Rule 506(c) happens separately, through the method counsel approves.
Biographies for the principals and key staff show the experience investors and lenders look for before a first meeting.
Prospective investors and brokers with acquisitions each have their own form, sent to the person who answers it.
Details
General information to plan the site around. It is not legal advice; your counsel owns the final wording of any compliance language.
From our work
Endcap designed Alder Court, a 12-page sample offering memorandum with a site plan, market context, a rent roll and financial presentation. It shows how Endcap lays out property financials, which is the core of a track record or current investments page.

Process
One person runs your project from the first call to launch, and you approve each stage before the next one starts.
What the business does, who the website is for, and the material you already have.
Pages, content, schedule, and price, set out in writing before any work begins.
You review the design and then the working site, with two rounds of revisions.
We check every page and form at launch, then look after the site if you choose a care plan.
Client words
We own ten homes at Casa De Laguna and were still sending people to a site built in 2013. Noah pulled the photos and details out of the old site, designed a logo from the rooflines and the pond, and put the community, the homes and current availability in one place. It’s the first time the website has looked like the place we actually rent.
“Highly recommend. Great work.”
Your securities counsel writes the disclaimers, accredited investor confirmations and performance definitions, and we place them exactly as approved. During design we point out pages that may need counsel’s review.
The site links to your investor portal so investors sign in on the platform you already use. Deeper integrations, where the platform supports them, are scoped separately.
Yes. We present realized and current investments in the form counsel approves, with consistent dates and definitions, and we publish only figures your team has signed off on.
That depends on whether your offerings rely on Rule 506(b) or Rule 506(c), which is a decision for counsel. We can build a confirmation step, a gated section or a public site with no offering content, depending on that advice.
Most websites take two to four weeks once the content is ready. Counsel’s review is part of the schedule, and the proposal allows time for it.
Projects are quoted after a short conversation about the pages, portal links and content involved. The scope, timing and price are agreed in writing before work begins.
