Who we work with / For commercial landlords

WEBSITES FOR commercial landlords.

Endcap designs websites for commercial landlords: a company site for the ownership group and a site for each property it leases. The company site tells brokers, tenants and lenders who owns the portfolio and how to reach the right person. Each property site carries its own availability, plans and brochure, and inquiries still go to the broker or leasing contact you name.

What’s included

What the work covers

Every site is designed and built by Endcap, with the pages, forms, and integrations agreed in your proposal.

01

Company website

The company site presents the ownership group, its portfolio, its approach to tenants and its contacts, and it stays the same when a listing broker changes.

02

A site for each property

Each center or building gets a page or standalone site with availability, a site plan, the tenant roster and a brochure download.

03

Works with your brokers

Listing brokers stay the leasing contact on each property page, and inquiries reach them with the property named. The site gives them a better link to send.

04

Availability you control

Vacancies appear on your own site as soon as you approve them, in addition to the LoopNet or Crexi listings under the broker’s brand.

05

One design across the portfolio

A shared design system makes every property site and brochure clearly belong to the same owner, with room for each property’s own name and logo.

06

Tenant and visitor information

Properties that need them get tenant directories, hours and directions for shoppers or visitors.

From our work

For La Paz Shopping Center in Laguna Niguel, Endcap designed an eight-page brochure and a center page with a redrawn, animated site plan, published on the Parker & Associates, Inc. brokerage website. The project shows a property’s leasing material and a broker’s website working together.

See La Paz Shopping Center
  • The listing broker as contactWhen a broker holds an exclusive listing, the property page should name that broker as the leasing contact and send inquiries to them, so the website and the listing agreement point the same way.
  • A profile for each centerA shopping center can have its own Google Business Profile with hours, photos and a website link, in addition to its tenants’ own profiles. The center’s page on your site and its profile should show the same name, address and phone number.
  • Accessible websitesWCAG 2.2 is the current W3C standard for accessible web content, and content that conforms to it also conforms to WCAG 2.1 and 2.0. Site plans, tenant directories and availability tables should all be readable with a screen reader. Source

Process

HOW A PROJECT
works.

One person runs your project from the first call to launch, and you approve each stage before the next one starts.

  1. 01

    Talk it through

    A short call or text

What the business does, who the website is for, and the material you already have.

  2. 02

    Proposal

    Agreed before we start

Pages, content, schedule, and price, set out in writing before any work begins.

  3. 03

    Design and build

    Usually two to four weeks

You review the design and then the working site, with two rounds of revisions.

  4. 04

    Launch and care

    Hosting and updates

We check every page and form at launch, then look after the site if you choose a care plan.

Client words

IN THEIR
words.

We own ten homes at Casa De Laguna and were still sending people to a site built in 2013. Noah pulled the photos and details out of the old site, designed a logo from the rooflines and the pond, and put the community, the homes and current availability in one place. It’s the first time the website has looked like the place we actually rent.

FAQ

QUESTIONS,
answered.

Anything else? Ask us directly or text Noah at (425) 233-0769.

Will a property website compete with our broker?

The broker stays the leasing contact, and inquiries go to them with the property named. The site gives your broker one address to use in emails, on signs and in portal listings.

Does each property need its own website?

That depends on the portfolio. A page for each property on the company site suits many smaller portfolios, and larger centers often warrant their own address, so we recommend an approach after seeing the list.

Can you update availability when a space leases?

Yes. Before launch we agree who sends changes and how quickly they go live, and website care includes up to an hour of changes each month with no long-term contract.

Who owns the website and domain?

Your company should own both. If we manage the domain, we set it up with your business as the owner, and the proposal lists who holds each account.

How long does a landlord website take?

Most websites take two to four weeks once the content is ready. A portfolio site with several property pages may launch in stages, and the proposal confirms the schedule.

How is the work priced?

Projects are quoted after a short conversation about the portfolio, the properties and the materials you have. Scope, timing and price are agreed in writing before work begins.
