Brand review
We decide with you whether to keep, refresh or replace the name and logo, with the signs, leases and search history in mind.
Who we work with / For new owners
Endcap helps new owners relaunch a shopping center or building after the purchase closes. The work can include a new name or refreshed brand, a new website with the current tenant roster and site plan, leasing materials and a plan for the old website and listings. Everything is designed together so brokers, tenants and shoppers see one consistent property under its new ownership.
What’s included
Every site is designed and built by Endcap, with the pages, forms, and integrations agreed in your proposal.
We decide with you whether to keep, refresh or replace the name and logo, with the signs, leases and search history in mind.
The new property site shows the current tenant roster, availability, site plan and leasing contact under the new ownership.
A redrawn site plan shows current suite numbers, tenants and vacancies and works on the website, in brochures and on directory signs.
A brochure, a flyer for each vacancy and a broker email announce the new ownership and the available space.
The existing domain is transferred, or the old pages are permanently redirected to the new site, so links and search history are kept.
LoopNet and Crexi listings are updated through your broker, and the Google Business Profile is brought up to date.
Where they are
The Census Bureau counted 34,559 owners and lessors of commercial buildings with employees in the United States in 2023, about 10.1 for every 100,000 residents. These metros have the highest concentration among the 200 largest. Each links to a city guide with local numbers and state website rules.

From our work
In September 2026, Endcap reviewed the web presence of 298 multi-tenant shopping centers in Orange County. Only 95 published available suites with sizes, a site plan, a named leasing contact and a brochure, which is the list a relaunched center site should cover first.

Process
One person runs your project from the first call to launch, and you approve each stage before the next one starts.
What the business does, who the website is for, and the material you already have.
Pages, content, schedule, and price, set out in writing before any work begins.
You review the design and then the working site, with two rounds of revisions.
We check every page and form at launch, then look after the site if you choose a care plan.
Client words
We own ten homes at Casa De Laguna and were still sending people to a site built in 2013. Noah pulled the photos and details out of the old site, designed a logo from the rooflines and the pond, and put the community, the homes and current availability in one place. It’s the first time the website has looked like the place we actually rent.
“Highly recommend. Great work.”
That depends on how well known the current name is, what the signs and leases say and how much you plan to change. We review the name, signs and search presence with you and recommend whether to keep, refresh or replace it.
If you control the domain, each old page is redirected to its new address so links and search history carry over. If the seller or a former manager holds it, ask for the domain at closing or soon after.
Yes. We redraw site plans with current suites, tenants and vacancies so they read on a phone and in print. The La Paz Shopping Center site plan was redrawn and animated for its center page.
Yes. Your broker stays the leasing contact, and the new website and brochure give them current material to send.
Most websites take two to four weeks once the content is ready. When the center is being rebranded, the name and identity come first, and the proposal sets the order and schedule.
Projects are quoted after a short conversation about the property, the brand decision and the materials needed. Scope, timing and price are agreed in writing before work begins.
