Project name and brand
Endcap designs a name, logo and identity for the project, with artwork for the construction fence, signs, brochures and the website.
Who we work with / For developers
Endcap designs the project name, brand and website for developments that need a public presence before construction starts. The first version can go live with renderings, a site plan and interest forms while entitlements and financing are still in progress. It then grows into the leasing site, and later the permanent property website, at the same address.
What’s included
Every site is designed and built by Endcap, with the pages, forms, and integrations agreed in your proposal.
Endcap designs a name, logo and identity for the project, with artwork for the construction fence, signs, brochures and the website.
The first page shows the project name, location, a rendering or site plan, the anticipated timeline and an interest form while design is still under way.
Space types, approximate sizes and a leasing contact let tenants and brokers start conversations before delivery.
A plain description covers what the project includes and where it is in the approval process, and neighbors can ask questions or sign up for updates.
A page or private link presents the developer’s track record and a project summary, and counsel writes any investment language.
Approvals, groundbreaking, construction milestones and new availability are added as they happen, with the date and status labeled.
Where they are
The Census Bureau counted 254,630 building construction firms with employees in the United States in 2023, about 74.5 for every 100,000 residents. These metros have the highest concentration among the 200 largest. Each links to a city guide with local numbers and state website rules.

From our work
Endcap designed both the identity and the leasing website for Great OC Condos, ten homes in Laguna Hills. A project brand and its coming soon page are designed the same way, as one system.

Process
One person runs your project from the first call to launch, and you approve each stage before the next one starts.
What the business does, who the website is for, and the material you already have.
Pages, content, schedule, and price, set out in writing before any work begins.
You review the design and then the working site, with two rounds of revisions.
We check every page and form at launch, then look after the site if you choose a care plan.
Client words
We own ten homes at Casa De Laguna and were still sending people to a site built in 2013. Noah pulled the photos and details out of the old site, designed a logo from the rooflines and the pond, and put the community, the homes and current availability in one place. It’s the first time the website has looked like the place we actually rent.
“Highly recommend. Great work.”
The first page can launch once there is a name, a location and something to show, such as a site plan or rendering. It gives brokers, neighbors and partners one place to look, and it grows as plans are confirmed.
Renderings and plans are labeled as conceptual and replaced as the design develops. Website care includes up to an hour of changes a month, and larger updates are quoted before we start.
Yes. A page can be protected with a password and kept out of search results. Any investment language on it is written by your counsel.
Yes. Endcap designs the artwork for fence banners, site signs and brochures alongside the website, ready for your sign company to produce.
Most websites take two to four weeks once the content is ready. A coming soon page is a smaller first release, and the proposal sets the schedule for it and for later phases.
Projects are quoted after a short conversation about the project, its audiences and the releases planned. Scope, timing and price are agreed in writing before work begins.
