A few plain pages
The site usually has a home page, an approach page, acquisition criteria, the principals and a contact page, each written plainly and without performance claims.
Services / Family offices
Endcap designs websites for family offices that buy and hold real estate. The site is usually a few pages long and is written for the brokers, sellers and lenders who look up the office before they send a deal. It states what the office buys, names the principals if the family wishes, and explains how to submit an opportunity, and the family and its counsel approve everything on it.
What’s included
Every site is designed and built by Endcap, with the pages, forms, and integrations agreed in your proposal.
The site usually has a home page, an approach page, acquisition criteria, the principals and a contact page, each written plainly and without performance claims.
A buy box lists property types, markets, deal size, structures the office will consider and timing to close, so brokers can screen a deal before they send it.
The form asks for the property, price, offering memorandum or rent roll and the broker’s contact details, and it routes each submission to the person who reviews that property type or market.
The site gives names and short biographies for the people brokers will deal with, or a general contact if the family prefers not to be named.
Portfolio addresses, figures and partner names appear only when the family approves them, and the site can be kept to a minimal set of pages.
Where the family is comfortable, a short list of property types or past purchases helps brokers judge fit without disclosing current holdings.
Details
General information to plan the site around. It is not legal advice; your counsel owns the final wording of any compliance language.
From our work
Endcap designed and built the website for Parker & Associates, Inc., a commercial brokerage, with team pages, listings and inquiry forms. Brokers are the main readers of a family office’s acquisition criteria, and that work shapes how the criteria and the submission form are laid out.

Process
One person runs your project from the first call to launch, and you approve each stage before the next one starts.
What the business does, who the website is for, and the material you already have.
Pages, content, schedule, and price, set out in writing before any work begins.
You review the design and then the working site, with two rounds of revisions.
We check every page and form at launch, then look after the site if you choose a care plan.
Client words
We own ten homes at Casa De Laguna and were still sending people to a site built in 2013. Noah pulled the photos and details out of the old site, designed a logo from the rooflines and the pond, and put the community, the homes and current availability in one place. It’s the first time the website has looked like the place we actually rent.
“Highly recommend. Great work.”
Four or five pages usually cover it: home, approach, acquisition criteria, principals and contact. The page list is agreed in writing before work begins.
Yes. Pages can be marked so search engines do not index them. Some offices prefer that brokers can find the site by name, which means leaving at least the home page indexed, and we agree the approach before launch.
Each submission goes to the reviewer you name for that property type or market, with a copy to a shared inbox if you choose. Attached documents go only to those reviewers and are not posted anywhere public.
You can supply the text, or we write it after a conversation with the principals and revise it with them. Counsel reviews anything that touches investment activity before launch.
Most websites take two to four weeks once the content is ready. The proposal confirms the schedule, including time for counsel’s review.
Projects are quoted after a short conversation about the pages, forms and writing involved. The scope and price are agreed in writing before work begins.
