Availability table
The table lists floor, suite, rentable square feet, availability date and status for every open suite, with a plan link on each row. It is updated when your leasing team sends a change.
Services / Office buildings
Endcap designs websites for office buildings and office parks with space to lease. The site keeps availability current by floor and suite, presents spec suites with plans and finishes, and lets a tenant’s broker request a tour without waiting on a callback. For a repositioned Class B building, the site shows the improvements and what they mean for a tenant.
What’s included
Every site is designed and built by Endcap, with the pages, forms, and integrations agreed in your proposal.
The table lists floor, suite, rentable square feet, availability date and status for every open suite, with a plan link on each row. It is updated when your leasing team sends a change.
Each spec suite gets its own page with the floor plan, finishes, photos and move-in timing, since tenants compare them as finished products.
Plans are redrawn or cleaned up to read on a phone, with the suite highlighted and the core, restrooms and elevators labeled.
The site states the parking ratio and charges, fitness, conference and outdoor space, nearby food and building systems, with the specifics a tenant’s team will ask about.
A tour form or scheduling link names the suite and goes to the leasing contact, so brokers can book a visit directly.
For a renovated Class B building, the site shows before and after images and a plain list of the improvements, such as the lobby, systems, restrooms and spec suites.
Where they are
The Census Bureau counted 34,559 owners and lessors of commercial buildings with employees in the United States in 2023, about 10.1 for every 100,000 residents. These metros have the highest concentration among the 200 largest. Each links to a city guide with local numbers and state website rules.

From our work
Endcap designed and built the Parker & Associates, Inc. brokerage website, with property listings, team pages and inquiry forms. An office building site applies the same listing structure to floors and suites, with tour requests and inquiries routed to the leasing team.

Process
One person runs your project from the first call to launch, and you approve each stage before the next one starts.
What the business does, who the website is for, and the material you already have.
Pages, content, schedule, and price, set out in writing before any work begins.
You review the design and then the working site, with two rounds of revisions.
We check every page and form at launch, then look after the site if you choose a care plan.
Client words
We own ten homes at Casa De Laguna and were still sending people to a site built in 2013. Noah pulled the photos and details out of the old site, designed a logo from the rooflines and the pond, and put the community, the homes and current availability in one place. It’s the first time the website has looked like the place we actually rent.
“Highly recommend. Great work.”
It can if your leasing data lives in a system that provides a feed, which we scope separately. Many buildings send changes to us or edit the table themselves, and we agree that process before launch.
Yes. The form or scheduling link names the suite and sends the request to your leasing contact, and we test the destination before launch.
Yes. We clean up or redraw the plans you supply so they read clearly on a screen and in the brochure. Your team approves dimensions and suite numbers before anything is published.
Yes. Endcap designs leasing brochures, flyers and offering memorandums, so the website and the documents can share one design and the same approved figures.
Most websites take two to four weeks once the content is ready. Plans, suite pages and approvals set the pace, and the proposal confirms the schedule.
Projects are quoted after a short conversation about the building, the number of suites and the materials you have. Scope, timing and price are agreed in writing before work begins.
