The starting point

Small business owners cannot always stop work to answer a hiring call. They need a way to collect the same basic information from each applicant and decide who to call back.

Endcap’s role

We developed the product around that first conversation. The service connects a number on a hiring sign with the questions an owner wants asked and a place to review the answers.

Connect the sign to an application
We designed the hiring sign, public job page, and phone workflow as parts of one service. Applicants can call the number or use the job page to apply.

Ask the owner’s questions
The voice interview asks the questions configured for the job, records the conversation, and turns the responses into a transcript and summary. The employer can review the underlying answers.

Give the owner a place to review
We built the dashboard around applicant review: see who applied, read the summary, and inspect the conversation before following up. The employer makes the hiring decision.
