Projects with the scope written out
Each project page names the building type, the scope of work, the city, and the schedule, with photographs in order, so an owner can find work like theirs.
Services / Contractors
Endcap designs websites for general and specialty contractors, from tenant improvement builders to electrical, roofing, and concrete firms. Each site shows finished projects with the scope and location, lists the license and its classifications, and sends bid requests to the estimator with the plans attached.
What’s included
Every site is designed and built by Endcap, with the pages, forms, and integrations agreed in your proposal.
Each project page names the building type, the scope of work, the city, and the schedule, with photographs in order, so an owner can find work like theirs.
The license number appears in the footer of every page, and the classifications you hold are listed beside the services they cover, as California requires of contractor advertising.
The request form asks for the address, scope, and timeline, accepts drawings or a link to them, and sends each request to the person who prices the work.
Pages for the cities and counties you work in describe the projects you have built there, so people searching nearby find you.
The website and the statement of qualifications you send with bids share one design, and the safety, insurance, and certification details are kept current on both.
Open field and office positions are listed with a short application, so hiring does not depend on a job board alone.
Where they are
The Census Bureau counted 521,315 specialty trade contractors with employees in the United States in 2023, about 152.5 for every 100,000 residents. These metros have the highest concentration among the 200 largest. Each links to a city guide with local numbers and state website rules.
Locations per 100,000 residents. County Business Patterns 2023; Census population estimates, July 2025.

From our work
For 5801 Lincoln in Buena Park, Endcap produced a property website, plans, and a seven-page leasing brochure that share one design. A contractor’s website and statement of qualifications are designed the same way, as one set.

Process
One person runs your project from the first call to launch, and you approve each stage before the next one starts.
What the business does, who the website is for, and the material you already have.
Pages, content, schedule, and price, set out in writing before any work begins.
You review the design and then the working site, with two rounds of revisions.
We check every page and form at launch, then look after the site if you choose a care plan.
Client words
We own ten homes at Casa De Laguna and were still sending people to a site built in 2013. Noah pulled the photos and details out of the old site, designed a logo from the rooflines and the pond, and put the community, the homes and current availability in one place. It’s the first time the website has looked like the place we actually rent.
“Highly recommend. Great work.”
California requires the license number in all forms of advertising, as prescribed by the registrar of contractors (Business and Professions Code section 7030.5). We put it in the footer of every page and beside the bid request form. The Contractors State License Board can confirm the current requirements for your license.
Yes, with permission where the contract requires it. A project page can describe your scope on a larger job without suggesting you built the whole building.
Yes. The form accepts plan files or a link to them, and sends the request to your estimator with the address, scope, and timeline.
Yes. We write them from the projects and cities you actually work in, so each page describes real work instead of repeating the same text with a new city name.
Most websites take two to four weeks once project photographs and descriptions are ready. The proposal confirms the schedule.
Projects are quoted after a short conversation about the projects, pages, and forms involved. Scope, timing, and price are agreed in writing before work begins.
