A path for each audience
Residents, retail tenants, office tenants and visitors each have a section with the availability and contacts that apply to them.
Services / Mixed-use projects
Endcap designs websites for mixed-use developments, where residents, retail tenants, office tenants and visitors all arrive at the same address. The site gives each audience its own path to the right leasing team and keeps project news, phases and the place brand together. It can launch as a coming soon page and become the permanent property website as each phase opens.
What’s included
Every site is designed and built by Endcap, with the pages, forms, and integrations agreed in your proposal.
Residents, retail tenants, office tenants and visitors each have a section with the availability and contacts that apply to them.
Available storefronts are shown with frontage, patio and parking details, a site plan and co-tenancy, along with the retail broker’s contact.
The residential section has floor plans, amenities and an interest list or leasing contact, written to fair housing advertising rules.
Office tenants see suites, plans and amenities, and their tour requests go to the office leasing team.
A name, identity and wayfinding artwork for the place carry across the website, signs and leasing materials, so the project reads as one destination.
A project timeline, construction updates and new availability are added as each phase is approved for release.
Where they are
The Census Bureau counted 254,630 building construction firms with employees in the United States in 2023, about 74.5 for every 100,000 residents. These metros have the highest concentration among the 200 largest. Each links to a city guide with local numbers and state website rules.
Locations per 100,000 residents. County Business Patterns 2023; Census population estimates, July 2025.

From our work
For Marbella Plaza in San Juan Capistrano, Endcap designed a property website and leasing brochure for a shopping center. The retail section of a mixed-use site uses the same pieces: available space, a site plan and a leasing contact that match the brochure.

Process
One person runs your project from the first call to launch, and you approve each stage before the next one starts.
What the business does, who the website is for, and the material you already have.
Pages, content, schedule, and price, set out in writing before any work begins.
You review the design and then the working site, with two rounds of revisions.
We check every page and form at launch, then look after the site if you choose a care plan.
Client words
We own ten homes at Casa De Laguna and were still sending people to a site built in 2013. Noah pulled the photos and details out of the old site, designed a logo from the rooflines and the pond, and put the community, the homes and current availability in one place. It’s the first time the website has looked like the place we actually rent.
“Highly recommend. Great work.”
We usually recommend one site with separate sections, so the project, its brand and its address stay together. If a residential manager requires its own leasing platform, the site links to it.
Yes. It can launch as a coming soon page with the name, renderings and an interest form for each audience, then add availability and phases as they are released.
Yes. Endcap designs names, logos and identities for properties, with the artwork for signs, documents and the website. The place brand and the website are usually designed together.
Before launch we agree who sends changes for each use and how quickly they go live. Website care covers hosting, updates and up to an hour of changes each month, with no long-term contract.
Most websites take two to four weeks once the content is ready. A larger project may launch in releases, and the proposal sets the schedule for each one.
Projects are quoted after a short conversation about the uses, phases and pages involved. Scope, timing and price are agreed in writing before work begins.
