Studio launch / From idea to working product
DrivewAI
Try an exterior change on a photo of your home.
Endcap helped take DrivewAI from the initial idea to a launched AI visualization product, with photo upload, image generation, comparisons, refinements, and downloads.
- Product planning and design
- Photo upload and AI generation
- Before-and-after comparison
- Refinements and downloads
- Payment flow and launch

The starting point
Homeowners can collect photos of materials and finished projects, but it is harder to picture a specific change on their own home. They need a visual way to explore an idea before discussing the work.
Endcap’s role
We built the experience around an existing photo and a written request. The current product focuses on exterior changes such as driveways, walkways, and front steps.
From idea to launch
- 01
Start with a photo and a request
We designed a simple entry point: upload an exterior photograph and describe the change. Suggested prompts help visitors start without filling out a long questionnaire.
- 02
Generate, compare, and refine
The workspace keeps the original photo available beside the generated options. Users can compare a direction, request a refinement, and return to the versions associated with that photo.
- 03
Complete the customer journey
We connected generation to accounts, a per-photo purchase, and image downloads. The result is a usable product flow from first preview to an image the customer can share.
What it does today.
DrivewAI is live with an exterior-photo workflow. Customers can explore a change on their own home and download a concept to discuss with a contractor. The images are visual concepts, not construction plans or measurements.
