Suite availability
Each available suite is listed with size, floor, condition, availability date and plan, and labeled as second generation medical space or shell where that applies.
Services / Medical office buildings
Endcap designs leasing websites for owners and developers of medical office buildings, whose tenants include physician groups, outpatient providers and health systems. This page is about websites that lease the building, and it does not cover websites for a clinic or practice. The site shows suite availability, plans, existing medical improvements, parking and access, and nearby hospitals, with a direct route to the leasing contact.
What’s included
Every site is designed and built by Endcap, with the pages, forms, and integrations agreed in your proposal.
Each available suite is listed with size, floor, condition, availability date and plan, and labeled as second generation medical space or shell where that applies.
Suite pages state exam room plumbing, imaging shielding, ceiling heights, emergency power and other specifications a practice relies on, as your team confirms them.
A map shows the building’s position relative to hospitals, surgery centers and major roads, with distances your team has checked.
The site describes the parking ratio, accessible spaces, patient drop off, elevators and entrances for patients who may have limited mobility.
Current practices and services in the building are listed with their permission, so a practice can see which specialties are already there.
The form names the suite and asks about the practice and its timing, and it goes to the leasing contact or a health system’s real estate team.
Where they are
The Census Bureau counted 34,559 owners and lessors of commercial buildings with employees in the United States in 2023, about 10.1 for every 100,000 residents. These metros have the highest concentration among the 200 largest. Each links to a city guide with local numbers and state website rules.

From our work
For 915 Avenida Pico in San Clemente, a former restaurant, Endcap produced a property website and an eleven-page leasing brochure that share one design. Second generation medical suites call for the same treatment, with the existing improvements presented for a tenant who can reuse them.

Process
One person runs your project from the first call to launch, and you approve each stage before the next one starts.
What the business does, who the website is for, and the material you already have.
Pages, content, schedule, and price, set out in writing before any work begins.
You review the design and then the working site, with two rounds of revisions.
We check every page and form at launch, then look after the site if you choose a care plan.
Client words
We own ten homes at Casa De Laguna and were still sending people to a site built in 2013. Noah pulled the photos and details out of the old site, designed a logo from the rooflines and the pond, and put the community, the homes and current availability in one place. It’s the first time the website has looked like the place we actually rent.
“Highly recommend. Great work.”
This page covers websites for leasing a medical office building. Endcap also designs websites for other businesses, and a practice website would be scoped as a business website.
Yes. Each suite page can describe the existing improvements, plans and condition as your team confirms them, which helps a practice judge what it can reuse before a tour.
Yes. Inquiries can be routed by suite, by building or by tenant type to the leasing broker or the real estate team you name.
Yes. Endcap designs leasing brochures and flyers in the same design as the website, so the PDF and the link show the same suites and figures.
Most websites take two to four weeks once the content is ready. The proposal confirms the schedule after we see the suites and plans.
Projects are quoted after a short conversation about the building, suites and materials involved. The scope and price are agreed in writing before work begins.
