RESTAURANT GROUP websites.

Endcap designs websites for restaurant groups and multi-unit operators, including restaurants in neighborhood shopping centers. Every location has its own page with hours, menu, and ordering. The brand pages tell the story, and private dining, catering, careers, and new-location inquiries reach the right person.

What’s included

What a restaurant group website includes

Every site is designed and built by Endcap, with the pages, forms, and integrations agreed in your proposal.

01

A page for every location

Each location has a page with its address, hours, phone, parking, and directions, and the details match its Google Business Profile.

02

Menus that read on a phone

Menus are built as web pages rather than only PDFs, prices and any service charge appear together, and each location can have its own version.

03

Ordering and reservations

Each location links to the ordering and reservation systems you already use, so guests are one tap from a table or a pickup order.

04

Private dining and catering

Inquiry forms ask for the date, headcount, and location, and send each request to the person who books events.

05

Careers

Open roles are listed by location with a simple way to apply, so hiring does not depend on a job board alone.

06

Openings and the brand

The site tells the group’s story, sells gift cards, collects press, and gives coming-soon locations pages that gather interest before the doors open.

From our work

Endcap designed the La Paz Shopping Center page, whose site plan names every tenant and shows where each one is. We bring the same attention to how guests find a location, its hours, and its menu to restaurant group websites.

  • Prices include mandatory feesCalifornia prohibits advertising or displaying a price that leaves out mandatory fees or charges, other than government taxes and shipping costs (Civil Code section 1770(a)(29)(A)). Source
  • The restaurant exceptionA restaurant or bar may keep a mandatory fee out of the price of food or drink items it sells directly to customers only if the fee is clearly and conspicuously displayed, with an explanation of its purpose, on every advertisement, menu, or other display that shows the price. The exception does not cover third-party or any other food delivery platforms (Civil Code section 1770(a)(29)(D)). Source
  • AccessibilityIn California, a violation of the federal ADA is also a violation of the Unruh Civil Rights Act (Civil Code section 51(f)), which sets damages of no less than $4,000 for each offense (section 52(a)). Menus, hours, and ordering should work with a keyboard and a screen reader. Source
  • Hours that matchSearch results and map apps show the hours from each location’s business listing. When the website and the listings disagree, guests arrive to a closed door, so both should be updated together.

Process

HOW A PROJECT
works.

One person runs your project from the first call to launch, and you approve each stage before the next one starts.

  1. 01

    Talk it through

    A short call or text

What the business does, who the website is for, and the material you already have.

  2. 02

    Proposal

    Agreed before we start

Pages, content, schedule, and price, set out in writing before any work begins.

  3. 03

    Design and build

    Usually two to four weeks

You review the design and then the working site, with two rounds of revisions.

  4. 04

    Launch and care

    Hosting and updates

We check every page and form at launch, then look after the site if you choose a care plan.

FAQ

QUESTIONS,
answered.

Anything else? Ask us directly or text Noah at (425) 233-0769.

Can each location have its own menu and hours?

Yes. Each location has its own page, and menus and hours can differ by location while sharing the same design.

Do you set up online ordering?

We link each location to the ordering and reservation systems you use and design the pages around them. The ordering platform itself stays with your provider.

How should a service charge appear on the menu in California?

Show it clearly and conspicuously, with an explanation of its purpose, on any menu or advertisement that shows prices, as Civil Code section 1770(a)(29)(D) requires. Your counsel should approve the final wording.

Can you work from our existing brand?

Yes. We build from your logo, colors, photography, and voice, and can extend the brand where the website needs new pieces.

How long does a restaurant group website take?

Most websites take two to four weeks once menus, photos, and location details are ready. The proposal confirms the schedule.

What does a restaurant group website cost?

Projects are quoted after a short conversation about the locations, menus, and integrations involved. Scope, timing, and price are agreed in writing before work begins.
