Coming soon page
The first version of the project site shows the project name, location, renderings, a site plan and an interest form. It launches on the permanent address, so later phases add pages instead of replacing the site.
Services / Developer websites
Endcap designs websites for real estate developers and for the projects they build. A project site can go live before groundbreaking with renderings, a site plan and a leasing contact, then grow phase by phase into the permanent property website. A developer’s company site presents the firm, its team and its completed and current projects to lenders, partners, cities and brokers.
What’s included
Every site is designed and built by Endcap, with the pages, forms, and integrations agreed in your proposal.
The first version of the project site shows the project name, location, renderings, a site plan and an interest form. It launches on the permanent address, so later phases add pages instead of replacing the site.
Each use lists its space types, sizes, anticipated delivery and leasing contact, and brochures and plans are offered as downloads that match the site.
Milestones, construction photos you supply and new availability are posted as each phase moves forward. Before launch we agree who sends updates and how quickly they go live.
Renderings, site plans and floor plans are sized to read on a phone and labeled as conceptual while the design can still change.
Tenants, residents or buyers, brokers, investors and neighbors each get a form that goes to the person who answers that audience.
A mixed-use project gets a separate path for residents, retail tenants and office tenants, each with its own availability and leasing contact, plus one place for project news. The mixed-use development page covers this in more detail.
Where they are
The Census Bureau counted 254,630 building construction firms with employees in the United States in 2023, about 74.5 for every 100,000 residents. These metros have the highest concentration among the 200 largest. Each links to a city guide with local numbers and state website rules.

From our work
For La Paz Shopping Center in Laguna Niguel, Endcap built a center website, redrew and animated the site plan, and designed an eight-page brochure. A project website is assembled the same way, with a plan that reads on a phone and documents that match the site.

Process
One person runs your project from the first call to launch, and you approve each stage before the next one starts.
What the business does, who the website is for, and the material you already have.
Pages, content, schedule, and price, set out in writing before any work begins.
You review the design and then the working site, with two rounds of revisions.
We check every page and form at launch, then look after the site if you choose a care plan.
Client words
We own ten homes at Casa De Laguna and were still sending people to a site built in 2013. Noah pulled the photos and details out of the old site, designed a logo from the rooflines and the pond, and put the community, the homes and current availability in one place. It’s the first time the website has looked like the place we actually rent.
“Highly recommend. Great work.”
Yes. A coming soon page can launch with the project name, location, a rendering or site plan and an interest form. It becomes the first version of the full site, and pages are added as plans, availability and phases are approved.
Yes. A company website presents the firm, its team and its completed and current projects, and each project can link to its own site. Both can share one design system so the firm and its projects look related.
Yes. Endcap designs names, logos and identities for properties, with the artwork for signs, documents and the website. The brand and the coming soon page can be designed together so the project launches with one look.
Before launch we agree who sends updates, what we change and how quickly. Website care includes hosting, software and security updates and up to an hour of changes each month, with no long-term contract.
Most websites take two to four weeks once the content is ready. A coming soon page has fewer pages, and the proposal confirms the schedule for each release.
Projects are quoted after a short conversation about the pages, audiences and content involved. The scope, timing and price are agreed in writing before work begins.
