Name and identity
We help you choose a name, then design the logo, type, colors and templates for cards, letterhead and email signatures.
Who we work with / For new CRE firms
Endcap designs the name, identity, website and pitch materials for commercial real estate firms that are launching, leaving a larger company or changing their name. Designing the pieces together means the firm presents one consistent brand in its first client meetings. When a firm is renaming, every old web address is redirected to its new page so the search visibility the firm has built carries over.
What’s included
Every site is designed and built by Endcap, with the pages, forms, and integrations agreed in your proposal.
We help you choose a name, then design the logo, type, colors and templates for cards, letterhead and email signatures.
The site covers the firm, services, brokers, listings and track record, and it can launch with a few pages and grow as deals close.
A listing presentation, a firm overview and flyer and brochure templates in the new brand let every broker pitch with the same material.
Each broker has a profile with property types, markets, approved assignments and direct contact details.
For a renamed firm, each old address is mapped to its new page with a permanent redirect, and a Change of Address is submitted in Google Search Console.
License numbers and the responsible broker’s name appear where California’s first point of contact rules call for them, on the website, cards and flyers.
Where they are
The Census Bureau counted 163,894 real estate brokerages with employees in the United States in 2023, about 48.0 for every 100,000 residents. These metros have the highest concentration among the 200 largest. Each links to a city guide with local numbers and state website rules.

From our work
Endcap designed and built the Parker & Associates, Inc. website, which brings the brokerage, its people and its properties together with listings, team pages and inquiry forms. A new firm’s site starts with the same structure and adds listings and track record as they come in.

Process
One person runs your project from the first call to launch, and you approve each stage before the next one starts.
What the business does, who the website is for, and the material you already have.
Pages, content, schedule, and price, set out in writing before any work begins.
You review the design and then the working site, with two rounds of revisions.
We check every page and form at launch, then look after the site if you choose a care plan.
Client words
We own ten homes at Casa De Laguna and were still sending people to a site built in 2013. Noah pulled the photos and details out of the old site, designed a logo from the rooflines and the pond, and put the community, the homes and current availability in one place. It’s the first time the website has looked like the place we actually rent.
“Highly recommend. Great work.”
Yes. We work through options with you, check them against existing firms and available domains, and present a short list before the identity is designed. A trademark attorney can clear the final choice.
Transactions your brokers handled can appear on the new site, subject to any agreements with the former firm and the approval of the parties involved. We publish only the names and figures you approve.
Rankings can move for a while during any domain change. Mapping every old address to its new page, keeping the redirects in place and submitting a Change of Address are the steps Google recommends to carry signals to the new site.
Yes. The site can launch with the firm, team and services pages and add listings and case studies as they are approved.
Most websites take two to four weeks once the content is ready. The name and identity come first, and the proposal sets the schedule for both.
Projects are quoted after a short conversation about the name, identity, website and materials you need. Scope, timing and price are agreed in writing before work begins.
