This page covers the information collected on endcap.design. Last updated 11 October 2026.
Studio inquiries
The contact form collects your name, email, and any optional message so Endcap can respond. That submission is sent to the studio and is not sold. We also attach the referring site, landing page, campaign labels and advertising click identifiers when available, to understand which marketing brought the inquiry. Campaign context is retained in your browser for up to 30 days and accompanies the inquiry for follow-up and measurement.
The project guide uses prepared suggestions based on your selections. Your typed notes stay in the page until you submit the contact form. We measure guide steps and selected categories, but do not send your typed notes to analytics.
We also receive inquiries through lead forms on Facebook and Instagram. Meta collects the details you enter there and passes them to us; we use them only to reply to you, as with the form on this site. Meta’s own privacy policy covers its handling of that information.
Listing inquiries
Property listing forms collect your name, email, phone, company, selected space, and message. Endcap receives the submission through its server-side messaging processor and routes it to the brokers or property representatives identified on that listing so they can respond. Those listing-team recipients handle the inquiry under their own business records and privacy practices. Endcap does not sell listing inquiry information.
Retention and requests
Inquiry records may be retained by Endcap, its messaging processor, and the listing team for follow-up, security, and ordinary business recordkeeping. Email hello@endcap.design to request access to or deletion of a submission; Endcap will address records it controls and coordinate with the relevant listing team when needed.
Analytics
The site uses Google Analytics and PostHog to record basic usage, including pages viewed, approximate location derived from the network, device information, and interactions with page elements, so we can see which pages are useful. PostHog session replay is enabled: it records how a visitor moves through the page, including scrolling and clicks, so we can see where the site is confusing. Anything typed into a form is masked before it leaves the browser and is never included in a replay. Form success events may record the listing and selected space, but not the visitor's name, email, phone, company, or message. Google Ads and ChatGPT Ads conversion tracking record confirmed inquiries so we can measure which ads lead to requests. This may use cookies and advertising click identifiers. We do not include your name, email, company, property address or message in the conversion event.
Advertising
Endcap advertises on Google and may use Google's advertising cookies and similar technologies to measure ads and to show Endcap ads to people who have visited this site, on Google Search and other websites and apps. Google and other third-party vendors may collect information about your visits to this site and other sites over time to provide these services. You can turn off personalized Google ads at My Ad Center, opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and opt out of interest-based ads from participating companies at optout.aboutads.info. Endcap does not sell inquiry details and does not include your name, email, phone or message in advertising data.
Do Not Track
This site does not currently change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals. The opt-out tools above, and your browser's cookie settings, control advertising cookies.
Hosting
The site and inquiry routing service are hosted on servers in the United States.
