Shopping center website design.

A shopping center website has two jobs: help shoppers find the tenants you have, and help you lease the space you don't. We build one site that does both — and we keep it current, because a directory with last year's tenants is worse than none.

The consumer side

The leasing side

The two sides reinforce each other: a busy consumer directory is proof of co-tenancy and draw — evidence in every leasing conversation. We wrote more about running both tracks in our guide to shopping center marketing.

Kept current — by us

The reason most center websites fail isn't the build, it's the upkeep. Tenants turn over, hours change, suites lease, and the site quietly goes stale. Under our engagement, updates are our job: send the change, we make it, usually the same day. No content management system to learn, no ticket queue, no invoice per edit.

How it works

  1. Brief. Tell us about the center — tenant count, vacancies, what's not working today. We quote it flat.
  2. Design & build. We design and hand-code the site, shoot the property, and write the content — all in-house.
  3. Launch & care. We put it live, host it, and keep the directory and availability current for as long as we work together.

Common questions

What does a shopping center website include?

Both sides at once: a consumer side — directory, hours, directions, photos — and a leasing side — live availability, site plan, and trade-area demographics.

Who keeps it updated?

We do. New tenant, closed store, new vacancy — send it over and it's handled, usually same day. Upkeep is part of the engagement.

How much does it cost?

Quoted flat per center once we've seen the property and tenant count. Portfolio owners get a per-center structure. Hosting and updates included.

Does it help with leasing?

Yes — tenant reps get current availability without a phone call, and the directory proves the center's draw in every leasing conversation.
