La Paz Shopping Center,
Laguna Niguel.
A neighborhood shopping center at La Paz Road and Aliso Creek Road, marketed by Parker & Associates, Inc. Every suite is leased, so the work markets the center itself: drone photography, a redrawn site plan with the current tenants, an eight-page brochure, a center page on the brokerage website and a short film.

A center page on digitalre.com with an animated site plan and tenant logos, and a 51-second film.

Interactive site plan.
The plan draws itself as it scrolls into view. Hover or tap a suite to see the tenant, or switch to the aerial to see the same plan over the overhead. Cars on La Paz Road and Aliso Creek Road stop at the signal, and some turn left into the main driveway.

Photography
& retouching.
Frames pulled from the 4K drone footage, relit to late-afternoon light, with the asphalt resealed, the striping refreshed and window signs removed. Tenant signage, buildings and parking are unchanged. Drag across each photo to compare.

Walgreens, 27982 La Paz Road.

Wild Fork, on the former Carl’s Jr. pad.

05 / Site plan
Site plan.
The 2018 leasing plan was a scanned drawing that still showed Carl’s Jr. on the corner pad, which is now Wild Fork. The new plan is traced from the stitched overhead, with the suite lines taken from the 2018 drawing and the current tenant in each suite.

The overhead: eleven frames from a straight-down pass at 113 m, stitched into one image of the property and retouched. Buildings, parked cars and the parking layout are unchanged.
06 / Film
Center film.
A 51-second film of the center. The drone moves are AI-assisted motion from the retouched photographs, with a slow pan across the real overhead.
