Do we need to buy new software?
Usually not. We start with what you already pay for, such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, and add a business AI plan only when a job needs it.
Is our data safe?
We set up business accounts whose terms keep your data out of model training, give each person only the access they need, and write down what your team must never paste in.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
It drafts and your team approves. Anything it isn’t sure about is flagged for a person instead of guessed, and nothing goes to a customer without someone reading it.
Will this replace anyone?
No. It takes the repetitive writing and sorting off your team, so they spend the time on customers. A person still approves everything that goes out.
What does it cost?
The first visit is free. Setup and training are a fixed fee, agreed in the proposal before work starts. Software subscriptions are billed by the vendor or passed through at cost.
Who does the work?
Noah, Endcap’s founder, does the visit, the setup and the training himself. He has built software and websites for businesses since 2014, and Endcap is based in Laguna Hills.
Can you just train our team?
Yes. AI training is available on its own, at your office.
