Sample review from the productThe starting point
A broker receives a revised lease and needs to understand what changed, whether it matches the business terms, and what to discuss with the client. That work is spread across documents, notes, and email.
Endcap’s role
We designed and built a review workflow that keeps the source change, its explanation, and the broker’s next decision together.
From idea to launch
- 01
Read the changes in the document
The product extracts tracked changes from the Word file and presents the original edits for review. The broker can see the underlying wording alongside the explanation.
- 02
Check the agreed business terms
We added a comparison against the letter of intent so the review can flag differences in terms such as rent, allowances, and the lease period. Missing information remains visible as missing.
- 03
Carry decisions into the next round
The workspace organizes the deal across revisions, keeps unresolved items together, and helps prepare client updates and responses for the broker to review.
What it does today.
CRE Redline launched as a working application with document upload, change review, LOI comparison, and deal tracking. Its role is to help organize the broker’s review; final decisions and legal review remain with the people handling the deal.
