My Friendly Staff
Brand, website, and product design for a phone-based hiring service built for small businesses.
The situation
My Friendly Staff gives a small business one phone number for job applicants. The service asks the owner's questions in English or Spanish, scores each call, and puts the applicants in a ranked list.
The idea is simple once it is understood, but it is not a familiar category. The brand and product had to explain the service quickly without making a practical hiring tool feel like a complicated AI platform.
The identity
The mark combines a person and a check. The name stays visible beside it, so the symbol never has to carry the whole explanation by itself.
Green, warm off-white, plain language, and photographs of ordinary shops keep the brand close to the people using it. The same colors, type, and shapes continue through the site, dashboard, job pages, and printed sign.
The system
The public site explains the product through one concrete object: the hiring number on the window. The dashboard follows the same visual language while organizing jobs, calls, scores, transcripts, and candidates.
The printed sign and QR code bring the system into the shop. Applicants can call or use the public job page, and the owner reviews both paths in one place.

One visual language
The mark, website, product, and sign all use the same source artwork and design rules. The result is one recognizable service from the shop window through the employer dashboard.
