Commercial real estate marketing in Los Angeles.
Los Angeles is not one market, and marketing a property here fails when it pretends otherwise. A storefront on a Westside retail corridor, a creative office conversion in the Arts District, and a distribution building in Vernon are three different buyers reading three different sets of numbers.
What the market asks for
Retail along the major corridors sells on frontage, parking, and who is next door. Co-tenancy carries real weight here, because a tenant is underwriting the block as much as the box. That means the aerial and the streetfront do most of the work, and a site plan that shows the parking field honestly saves everyone a wasted tour.
Creative office and industrial read differently again. Office is bought on the light, the floorplate, and the lobby. Industrial in Vernon, Commerce, and the Eastside is bought on clear height, dock position, and truck turning radius — which means the camera has to show the ceiling and the yard, not a flattering facade.
What we produce here
- Photography and film. Stills of the building and each suite, drone aerials, twilight exteriors, and walkthrough video, shot on site.
- Offering memorandums and flyers. The document that goes out with the email — OMs, lease flyers, brochures, and tour books.
- Property websites. A dedicated site per asset, with availability, site plan, and trade-area data.
- LoopNet and Crexi listings. Media sized per platform, copy rewritten, and a refresh schedule.
- Branding and campaigns. Property naming and identity, broker blasts, and ongoing listing upkeep.
Scheduling around traffic and airspace
Two practical constraints shape an LA shoot. The first is traffic: the twilight window is about twenty minutes long, and arriving late means coming back another day, so we build drive time into the schedule rather than hoping. The second is airspace — much of the basin sits under controlled airspace around LAX, Hawthorne, Van Nuys, and Burbank, and commercial drone flight there needs FAA Part 107 authorization filed ahead of the flight. We handle that when we book.

Our fuller property packages are in Orange County — see Marbella Plaza for a grocery-anchored center taken end to end, and 5801 Lincoln for a single retail suite shot, designed, and live in three days. The same process runs in LA County.
Common questions
Do you travel to Los Angeles for shoots?
Yes. Los Angeles County is a regular service area, and photography, film, and drone work are all done on site. Documents, websites, and listing production don't require us there at all.
Do you work with tenant-rep brokers as well as landlords?
Yes. Landlord and owner work is the bulk of it, but tenant-rep teams use us for listing presentations and pitch decks when they're competing for an assignment.
How fast can you turn a listing around?
A shoot and a flyer can be back in a few days. A single-property website is usually live in about a week. Listing rebuilds are quicker than that.
