Commercial real estate marketing in Long Beach.
Long Beach runs on two different engines, and a listing has to know which one it belongs to. Port-adjacent industrial is underwritten on logistics. Downtown and the neighborhood corridors are underwritten on foot traffic and the mix of what is already open.
What the market asks for
Industrial near the port and along the freight corridors is bought on access before anything else — proximity to the 710, dock configuration, yard depth, and clear height. Photography that only shows the office entry misses the entire investment case. The aerial matters more here than in almost any other asset class, because it is the one image that shows the truck route.
Downtown and corridor retail is a different pitch. Frontage, signage rights, parking, and co-tenancy do the selling, and a prospective tenant wants to see the street the way a pedestrian experiences it, not from across four lanes. Mixed-use adds a third audience, since the residential component changes who the ground-floor tenant is trying to reach.
What we produce here
- Photography and film. Stills of the building and each suite, drone aerials, twilight exteriors, and walkthrough video, shot on site.
- Offering memorandums and flyers. The document that goes out with the email — OMs, lease flyers, brochures, and tour books.
- Property websites. A dedicated site per asset, with availability, site plan, and trade-area data.
- LoopNet and Crexi listings. Media sized per platform, copy rewritten, and a refresh schedule.
- Branding and campaigns. Property naming and identity, broker blasts, and ongoing listing upkeep.
Airspace around the airport and the port
Long Beach is a genuinely constrained place to fly. The airport sits in the middle of the city and the port complex adds further restrictions, so most drone work here needs FAA Part 107 authorization filed in advance and occasionally an alternate vantage point. It is workable — it just isn't a same-day request, and we plan the shoot around it.

Common questions
Do you travel to Long Beach for shoots?
Yes. Long Beach and the surrounding South Bay are within our regular service area for photography, film, and drone work.
Can you market an industrial building, not just retail?
Yes. Industrial needs a different shot list — clear height, dock doors, yard, and truck court rather than storefront — and the flyer leads with the specs a logistics tenant screens on.
How fast can you turn a listing around?
A shoot and a flyer can be back in a few days. A single-property website is usually live in about a week. Listing rebuilds are quicker than that.
