Start with what a prospect sees
We review the listing in the search grid and on a phone. Is the lead image readable at thumbnail size? Can a tenant rep find the suite size, delivery condition, parking, permitted-use information and timing?
What you get back
A written review with recommended changes in priority order. A rebuild can include a selected and cropped lead image, images in upload order, readable plans, revised listing copy and captions. We agree the deliverables and price before starting.
Work in your account or use a prepared kit
Provide appropriate account access for us to make the agreed updates, or receive the images and copy for your team to upload. Your brokerage remains the listing contact.
Keep the facts current
Availability, asking terms and property conditions can change. Set an update schedule around real changes, and review listing views and inquiries to identify what to investigate next. An update is not a guarantee of ranking or inquiries.
Timing and inputs
Send the live listing link, existing media, approved property facts and deadline. A review is usually ready in a day or two; an existing-listing rebuild is generally same-week. New photography is quoted and scheduled separately.
