Commercial real estate marketing in the Inland Empire.
The Inland Empire is a logistics market with retail attached, and the marketing problem is scale. A big-box distribution building is physically too large to photograph the way you would shoot a storefront, and the things that sell it are mostly measurements.
What the market asks for
Distribution and industrial product is screened on clear height, dock and grade-level door counts, trailer parking, power, and drive time to the ports and the interstates. A tenant or buyer is comparing your building against a list of near-identical boxes, so the job of the marketing is to make the specifications legible fast and give the eye one image that shows scale and access. That image is almost always the aerial.
Retail out here is younger and more rooftop-driven than coastal Orange County — much of it serves new residential rather than an established corridor. That changes the trade-area story: the relevant number is often who is moving in, not only who is already there, and the flyer should say so.
What we produce here
- Photography and film. Stills of the building and each suite, drone aerials, twilight exteriors, and walkthrough video, shot on site.
- Offering memorandums and flyers. The document that goes out with the email — OMs, lease flyers, brochures, and tour books.
- Property websites. A dedicated site per asset, with availability, site plan, and trade-area data.
- LoopNet and Crexi listings. Media sized per platform, copy rewritten, and a refresh schedule.
- Branding and campaigns. Property naming and identity, broker blasts, and ongoing listing upkeep.
Large parcels, long drives, and heat
Two practical notes. Big parcels need altitude and more than one pass to cover properly, so an industrial aerial takes longer than a retail one. And summer light out here is harsh and long — for exteriors we schedule early or shoot into the twilight window rather than fighting midday glare, which is also when a concrete building looks its worst.

Our published packages are coastal — Marbella Plaza for a grocery-anchored center and 5801 Lincoln for a fast single-suite listing — but the process is the same, and the aerial and trade-area work translates directly to larger inland parcels.
Common questions
Do you travel to Inland Empire for shoots?
Yes. Riverside and San Bernardino counties are within our service area. Because the drive is longer we try to schedule inland shoots as full days, and cover several properties in one trip where a client has more than one.
Can you handle a portfolio rather than one building?
Yes, and it's usually more efficient — one trip covers several assets, and a shared format across the flyers and listings means each additional property costs a fraction of the first.
How fast can you turn a listing around?
A shoot and a flyer can be back in a few days. A single-property website is usually live in about a week. Listing rebuilds are quicker than that.
