We start by understanding the work. You do not need to know which tool to choose or have a technical brief ready. A description of an ordinary workday is a useful starting point.
Choose a useful first project
We work out what the project should do, who will use it, and how we will check whether it works. The answer might be to set up an existing tool, connect systems you already use, improve a website, or build custom software.
Before work begins, we agree on the scope, timing, price, and what we need from you. If a simpler change would solve the problem, we explain that option.
Build it and put it to use
We handle the planning, design, development, or setup needed for the agreed project. We connect the relevant pieces and test the result with you before it becomes part of everyday work.
With AI tools, that includes working through what the tool can handle, where a person needs to review the result, and what happens when it gets something wrong.

Help your team use it
Getting a tool running is one part of the job. We show the people using it how it works, what to check, and where to get help. Training, support, and ongoing improvements are agreed as part of the project or as continuing work.
