A proposal when useful.
If you want our help with an idea, we can put together a proposal explaining what we would do, what you would receive, and the price. Endcap can build a custom tool, connect your existing software, or set up a workflow and help your team use it.
The aim of the conversation is to give you useful guidance. You can use the ideas yourself, ask us for a proposal, or decide to wait. There is no obligation to hire us.
A few practical questions.
Can we meet in person?
We’ll discuss whether to meet in person or remotely and arrange a time together.
Do I need to know what I want to build?
No. Bring your goals, challenges, and questions. Figuring out what may be useful is the purpose of the conversation.
What is included for free?
A 30–45 minute conversation, a few practical ideas, and a short follow-up with suggested next steps. If you want our help carrying an idea out, we can send a proposal. Deeper research, detailed planning, and implementation are paid work with an agreed scope and price.
Can I use the ideas on my own?
Yes. You should leave with useful information whether or not you hire us. We may suggest an existing tool, a simpler process, or a step your own team can take. A proposal is there if you would like our help.
What if AI isn’t the best answer?
We say so. A useful recommendation might be to improve an existing process, use a tool you already have, or leave an idea for later.
